Damp Problem Remediation

A large part of our property maintenance work is the treatment of damp within properties. To begin with, the cause of the damp needs to be established, so we have our own team of trained surveyors, who, with the aid of specialist equipment locate the cause/causes of the damp?
This surveying service is provided free of charge.
With the causes of the damp established, we can then provide the works required to rectify the problem and repair any damage caused to a property by the affects of the excessive moisture.
These works include:-

• Injection of DPC (Guaranteed)
• Tanking (Guaranteed)
• Locating and repairing leaks to internal/external plumbing & drainage.
• Roof & gutter repairs & replacement
• Pointing and sealing of any porous external surfaces
• Installation of adequate drainage

We also carry out treatments and remedial works for the removal and eradication of dry rot and wood boring-beetle infestation.

Mould Eradication

We can provide operatives to carry out 3 & 4 stage treatments to surfaces and materials within domestic, public and industrial properties affected by mould growth. These treatments kill and prevent the return of any mould in the treated areas.

As the mould growth generally appears on surfaces affected by condensation, we also supply a service to carry out any remedial works needed to prevent the future build up of condensation on these or any other surfaces.

The majority of properties though, do not require any remedial works. And all that is required is for our operatives to educate the occupier on how to manage the heating and ventilation of the property.
 

Painting & Decorating

An experienced painter & decorator is another recent addition to the company. This now means we can provide internal and external redecorations to an excellent standard.
